Chapter Five

Thankfully, I didn’t need a keycard to leave the VIP floor, so I took the elevator, sighing at the fact that I couldn’t return once I went down. My body was still in maximum overdrive, but my brain worked just fine. Those two had me wrapped around their fingers, and I didn’t know what to do. On paper, their offer was a one-way ticket to heaven on earth. I would be well-fed, get anything I wanted, and all my desires would be satisfied every night. There would be no work, no stress, and I could spend my free time reading books or watching shows.

It sounded good, but I was still unsure. Even though I loved time off, I hated the idea of freeloading, even if they wanted me to. I still wanted to go to college and start my own business path, and not leech on someone else. Plus, there was my family. They would definitely disown me if I did this, and wouldn’t take me back if things went sour. I was never that close to them, but we were in a stable relationship, and I would hate to ruin it.

When I returned to my room, I didn’t sleep much. I tried going to bed, but the tension kept growing. I brought my vibrator with me, and I tried getting myself off with it, pretending that it belonged to one of them. Even though I reached climax, the tension was still there. I tossed, turned, and flipped over like a hamburger. For such an easy decision, it was quite difficult.

I woke up and put on my staff badge. Sunday, the crowd began thinning out, and I waved goodbye to all the attendees. I didn’t see Pulley and Goldsmith anywhere, and I wondered where they could be. Probably in their hotel room, packing up.

I just didn’t know what I should do. All signs pointed to me going, but they also lived in California, and this was in New York. I would hate to leave everyone behind. True, getting a plane ticket back home would be easy, but the distance still intimidated me.

As the closing ceremonies ended, I reached for my phone. I began recalling Pulley and Goldsmith’s speech, which told me to take advantage of the situation at hand. I was about to do that. I called the first number in my contacts list, and Goldsmith answered.

“So, I see that you want to be our lover,” Goldsmith asked.

“Maybe I do,” I replied. “But tell me something, can I still go to college and all that jazz?”

“Of course,” he replied. “We can transfer you and get you enrolled in the most prestigious college that’s available. We like a girl with some brains. All tuition will be paid, of course.”

I smiled. “Very well. And what about my friends and family?”

“Just ask us to buy you a ticket home, and you can visit.” This time, Pulley replied.

The smile soon turned into a schoolgirl grin. “Very well, then I accept. Where are you two?”

“We’re in our limo, about to arrive at the airport,” Pulley told me.
